Refund Policy

1. General

This Refund Policy governs refunds for digital educational services (online courses) purchased on overclub.online. Because our products are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, we operate a limited refund policy in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. When a Refund Is Available

You may request a refund in the following cases:

  • The service was not rendered (course access was not granted after successful payment)
  • The service was rendered with material defects that we failed to correct within a reasonable period
  • The service was not delivered within the agreed timeframe through no fault of the Customer

3. When a Refund Is Not Available

  • The course has already been accessed and the digital content has been consumed
  • More than 14 (fourteen) calendar days have passed since the purchase date
  • The refund request is based solely on a change of mind unrelated to any failure on our part, after the digital content has been delivered

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of purchase:

5. Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 10 (ten) business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method. The time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation, including the Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-1 of 07.02.1992 "On Consumer Rights Protection" and the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
